Job Highlights
- Lead daily shift operations by delegating tasks, motivating team members, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely completion of daily priorities
- Support opening and closing procedures, manage daily Asana tasks, and maintain store readiness, product quality, and company standards
- Monitor and replenish product, packaging, and supply inventory while receiving deliveries and communicating restocking needs
- Train and support team members, foster an inclusive workplace, and deliver exceptional guest service through clear, friendly communication
- Drive sales and provide a consistent, premium guest experience while meeting physical requirements, maintaining flexible availability, and following food safety standards
Candidate Profile
- 1+ year of retail leadership experience, preferably in food service or retail
- Strong communication, customer service, math, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and perform all store roles as needed
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; Asana or similar task management experience preferred
- ServSafe certification required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
