Shift Lead: Store Operations & Customer Experience

Walgreens is hiring a frontline leader in Santa Cruz for high‑quality customer service and daily store operations. You will open/close the store in the absence of management, handle cash duties, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business days.

You will also assist with vendor deliveries and inventory control while maintaining accurate pricing and displays. The role requires one year of leadership or retail experience, fluent English, and a willingness to obtain PTCB certification
