In this hands-on role, you’ll open and close the site, assign tasks, and monitor wash quality and safety standards. You will train and coach attendants, handle basic scheduling needs, and jump in on equipment operation and light maintenance as needed.
The Shift Lead resolves customer issues, manages cash handling and point-of-sale procedures, and keeps the site clean and organized. Ideal candidates have frontline retail or service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
