Shift Lead: Own the Lot, Lead the Crew

Whistle Express in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Shift Lead to set the standard on the lot. You’ll know the site, the crew, and run operations when management isn’t on site. It’s a leadership role, fast and physical, requiring ownership and accountability.

You’ll supervise opening/closing, engage customers, and ensure wash quality while keeping the team motivated. Prior leadership is a plus; outdoor work at a brisk pace is expected.
