Pure Magic is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations at our on-site location. In this front-line leadership role, you will guide team members through each shift, ensuring smooth service, consistent quality, and an outstanding customer experience. The Shift Lead coordinates task assignments, monitors workflow, and steps in to assist wherever needed.
Responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, basic cash handling, enforcing safety and cleanliness standards, and supporting training for new staff. You will also help resolve customer concerns, communicate issues to management, and model a positive, service-focused attitude.
