Black Rifle Coffee Company seeks a Shift Lead to assist the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. As the Hourly Shift Lead, you will lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory and supervise employees, while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
You will schedule and cover breaks, coach associates to adhere to BRCC standards, prepare quality beverages and food, and respond proactively to customer needs.
