Wingstop is seeking a Shift Lead to guide daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, flavor-packed environment. In this role, you’ll lead and coach crew members, coordinate shift assignments, and ensure orders are cooked-to-order and delivered accurately and on time. You’ll uphold food safety, cleanliness, and Wingstop quality standards, handle cash and register procedures, and resolve guest concerns with a hospitality-first mindset.
The Shift Lead supports training, keeps the team motivated, and communicates with management on inventory, staffing, and performance to help the restaurant hit its goals and grow.
