Position
As a Shift Lead, you will provide leadership at the restaurant level and assist the management team in daily operations. The team will rely on you for direction and development, and you will set the example for quality standards, operating systems, procedures, philosophies, and culture.
Responsibilities
- Ensure shift runs smoothly
- Able to resolve any issues during shift
- Ensure correct items for deliveries and sent invoices to accountant
- Keep up with rules, training and cleaning schedules.
