Shift Lead – Walgreens
Base pay: $17.00/hr – $20.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Open and close store, including system start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring floor and stockroom readiness.
- Process product returns, void orders, issue customer refunds, and provide change at cash registers.
- Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience by greeting and assisting customers, resolving issues, and modeling best practices.
- Assist in inventory management, pricing updates, and stock rotation following policies.
- Perform cash counts, bookkeeping, and other routine operational tasks.
- Maintain store cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Serve as liaison between team members and management, communicate assignments, and report issues.
- Support pharmacy window as requested.
Basic Qualifications
- One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of store inventory control.
- Valid pharmacy license or PTCB certification, if required.
