Swig is hiring a Shift Lead to help the store run smoothly, lead a fast-paced team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll wear many hats—from greeting guests to ensuring cleanliness and safety—while upholding Swig’s standards.

As a key leader, you’ll train teammates, manage checklists and deposits, and support to-go/delivery orders with accuracy and speed. A food handler’s permit and reliable transportation are required, and the role offers growth opportunities in a fun, energetic
