In this role, you'll help lead daily restaurant operations while creating a fast, friendly, and clean experience for every guest. You'll support the management team by leading shifts, motivating team members, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
* Support management with daily restaurant operations and shift execution
* Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service
* Ensure food quality, speed of service, and food safety standards are maintained
* Delegate tasks and help keep shifts running efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Train and support new team members on company procedures and expectations
* Assist with cash handling, inventory, and other shift responsibilities
* Resolve guest concerns professionally with a customer-first mindset
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the restaurant
* Enforce company policies while fostering a positive team environment
