Shift Lead: Customer Experience & Store Operations

Walgreens is seeking a proactive team member to help open and close the store when management is unavailable, handle cash and prepare the floor and stockroom for daily operations. You will process returns, refunds, voids, and cash drops with accuracy, while delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience.

In this role you will greet customers, assist with products, resolve issues, and embody Walgreens service traits by proactively identifying needs and helping until satisfaction.
