What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Team – Set the tone for a fun, efficient, and guest-focused shift.
• Deliver Unparalleled Hospitality – Interact with guests and teammates using ‘Tropitude ’—our unique brand of energy and positivity .
• Keep Things Running Smoothly – Open and close the café, ensure each workstation is stocked and clean, and oversee daily operations.
• Train & Coach Team Members – Lead by example and help new hires master their roles.
• Ensure Quality & Speed – Make sure smoothies and food are prepared quickly and to brand standards .
• Monitor Inventory & Orders – Help track and stock supplies to keep the café running smoothly.
• Maintain Safety & Sanitation Standards – Ensure compliance with health regulations and café policies.
• Assist with Scheduling & Reports – Work with management to assign shifts and track performance.
• Problem-Solve on the Spot – Handle guest concerns, resolve team issues, and keep service running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous leadership experience (shift lead, crew leader, or similar role) preferred.
• Strong communication & teamwork skills —You’re a natural motivator!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Comfortable handling cash, operating registers, and managing orders.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible shifts (including weekends).
• Certified Food Worker Card required (or willingness to obtain one).
