Shift Leader
Location: 315 Lincoln Ave, STE 200, Charleston, IL 61920. You will lead our bakery during day or night shifts, managing operations, customer service, and team performance.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and quality products to all guests.
- Maintain operations during your shift, communicate pertinent information, monitor production efficiency, hold the team accountable to company standards and procedures, and assist in training and coaching team members.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew team.
- Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew.
- Ensure a safe, clean environment and adhere to safe food handling practices.
- Manage cash handling and deposits.
Desired Skills & Experience
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Experience with Point of Sale systems.
- Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills.
- Outgoing, friendly, patient demeanor.
- Detail-focused and results-oriented.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
