What You'll Do as a Shift Lead:

As a Shift Lead, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations during your shift. Your responsibilities will include:

• Order Management : Oversee the flow of orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• BOH and FOH Continuity : Maintain seamless communication and coordination between the back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) teams.
• Nightly Closing Duties : Take charge of closing the restaurant, ensuring all tasks are completed to standard and the space is ready for the next day.

What We're Looking For:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a team and keep operations running smoothly.
• A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 2 PM - 9 PM (closing shift).
