Shift Lead — Car Wash Team Leader

Whistle Express Car Wash is looking for a team-oriented individual to engage customers, promote wash memberships, and drive sales. You will guide vehicles through the wash, ensure safety, and uphold quality standards on a fast-paced outdoor site.

This role includes opening/closing responsibilities as a key holder, leading shifts, and supporting the team to maintain excellent customer experiences. Prior leadership is a plus, and the base pay ranges reflect entry to mid-level supervision.
