Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to set the standard on the lot. You know the site, you know the crew, and when management is not on-site you run it.
This is not a babysitting role; it is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership of the shift and holds the team to high standards. The work is fast, physical, and outdoors, with opening/closing duties and a focus on guest experience, wash quality, and team guidance.
