What You’ll Do as a Shift Lead
As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our café while delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and team members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the team during your shift to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Ensuring high standards of coffee preparation and service that align with our commitment to quality.
- Managing daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and inventory oversight.
- Assisting with training and mentoring team members to foster growth and teamwork.
- Acting as a point of contact for any customer or team concerns during your shift.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who shares our passion for coffee and community. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the coffee/food service industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A customer-focused mindset and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- A commitment to quality and attention to detail in every aspect of your work.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
