Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Shift Leader to run the bakery during each shift, ensuring warm, delicious cookies and an outstanding guest experience. You will bake, package, and prepare orders while guiding the Cookie Crew and maintaining quality, safety, and speed of service.
You’ll lead by example in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, managing tasks, communicating with leadership, and supporting daily operations. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
