Hearten House is hiring for a part time, weekend shift lead. Position will be 8-16 hours a week, with the possibility of more or less hours depending on scheduling needs. The right candidate will have the heart to serve in ministry, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a drug screen. A human service degree would be helpful but is not necessary.
Brief job Description:
- Display the love of Christ to our residents
- Supervise day to day activities
- Ensure safety of the residence
- Administer random urine screens and breathalyzers
- Transport residents as needed
Shift leads must be able to relate to all socio-economic levels of life with dignity and respect. Must be self-motivated and have initiative. Must possess strong problem-solving skills and tools. Must be highly dependable.
Must have a minimum of 1 year in recovery, if applicable.
