Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily shift operations, including opening, closing, and shift transitions; Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant; Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management; Ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly.
- Team Support & Supervision: Guide and support team members during the shift; Delegate tasks effectively to maintain workflow and efficiency; Train new employees on procedures, systems, and customer service expectations; Address minor performance or customer issues in real time.
- Customer Service: Greet customers and ensure a welcoming, friendly environment; Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly; Maintain a high standard of hospitality, whether dine‑in, takeout, or delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze situations critically and develop effective solutions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality.
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Food Handler or Food Manager certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with restaurant management systems and POS software.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management.
