Are you ready for new challenges?We are seeking a skilled Sheetmetal Programmer/Estimator to join our fabrication team. This role combines technical CNC programming expertise with cost estimating to deliver high-quality products on schedule and within budget.CNC Programming & Process OptimizationCreate and optimize CNC programs for laser, punching, press brake, and sheet metal equipmentInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD modelsSelect tooling, materials, and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize wasteDesign manufacturing fixtures as neededEstablish routings according to TRUMPF standardsCollaborate with production team to troubleshoot and improve processesQuoting & EstimatingPrepare accurate cost estimates based on material, labor, and machine timeReview customer drawings to determine manufacturing requirementsCommunicate with vendors and suppliers for material and service pricingSupport sales team with timely, competitive quotesQuality & ComplianceGenerate and maintain quality documentation including inspection reports, First Article Inspections (FAI), and Certificates of ConformanceEnsure compliance with customer specifications and industry standardsTrack and document non-conformances and corrective actionsAssist with internal audits and continuous improvement initiativesShipping & LogisticsCoordinate packaging and shipment of finished goodsPrepare packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping documentationSchedule carrier pickups and ensure on-time deliveryVerify order accuracy before shipmentRequired QualificationsProven experience with CNC programming for sheet metal fabricationProficiency with CAD software and CNC programming languagesStrong understanding of sheet metal processes and materialsFamiliarity with TRUMPF equipment and standardsExcellent attention to detailStrong communication and teamwork skillsTRUMPF Inc.
