Sheetmetal DeburrSalary Range $17.00 - $19.00 Hourly Category ManufacturingDescriptionResponsible for the deburring and trimming of sheet metal aluminum parts per customers engineering drawings and specifications.ResponsibilitiesPerform visual inspection of manufactured parts and travelerConfirm material specifications as given on travelerVerify accuracy of job and workmanship when performing jobsAdhering to quality assurance procedures and processesMaintain specifications by troubleshooting processes and detecting malfunctionsVerify profile, pilot holes and cutouts are clean of scratches and burrsOperate assigned hand tools such as die grinders to ensure accuracy of partsAccomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for all new and different requestsExplore opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsMeet production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and qualityMiscellaneous tasks as assignedQualificationsExperience:Minimum two years experience in deburr, scribe and/or trim in a manufacturing settingAbility to read blueprints and decipher drawingsRequirements:Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.Familiar with safety standards and PPE utilized in a manufacturing settingMust have reliable transportation and be able to work overtime when neededAbility to read, write and understand EnglishProficient in blue print readingKnowledge of hand tools and precision measuring tools, such as calipers, height gages and radius gage setsAbility to stay on task with minimal supervisionStrong communication and problem solving skillsDetail oriented
