This role focuses on accurate material handling, loading finished goods, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.Starting pay begins at $21.22, with rapid overall performance progression to $25.94 and a top rate of $33.28, offering strong long-term earning potential.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor precision sheeting equipmentSet up machines and perform product changeoversInspect products to ensure quality standards are metTroubleshoot equipment issues and clear jams safelyComplete production and quality documentationWork with team members to meet production, safety and quality goalsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, show initiative, and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.Professional verbal and written communication.Physical & Cognitive RequirementsLift up to 50 lbs.
