NTI is seeking a SharePoint Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. This position involves designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to enhance business processes and support critical operations. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of SharePoint architecture and be skilled in integrating SharePoint with other enterprise tools.
General Qualifications
- Must have an active Top Secret/ SCI Clearance

- Detailed and specific understanding of SharePoint workflow platforms.
- Experience of strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience within SharePoint 2016
- Experience within SharePoint migrations
Required Education
- Master's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, or a related field

- Equivalent professional experience.

Tasks
- Development and maintenance of SharePoint-based internal collaboration sites at varying levels of classification (including Unclassified Internet, FBINET, SIPRNET and JWICS) to be used for the management of WMD Directorate and WMD Strategic Group needs, including: goal/objective tracking, milestone tracking, resource allocation, document compilation from simultaneous multiple user entry, and development of training materials and/or user guides for back‑up technical administrators, general users and troubleshooting.
- Development of SharePoint site available on the FBINET/SIPRNET enclave for use by the FBI-led WMD Strategic Group inside the FBI's Strategic Information and Operations Center (SIOC). Consultation for the development of relevant training and exercise activities required to validate the ability of FBI and interagency personnel to use the above identified systems.
- Create collaboration site pages for use in day‑to‑day operations, exercise development and exercises, and crisis operations on a variety of systems and at varying levels of classification (including UNCLASS, FBINET, SIPRNET and JWICS, SGIC)
- Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint solutions that meet business requirements.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of SharePoint projects from conception to deployment and long‑term maintenance.
- Ensure system performance and security are maintained at the highest levels.
- Provide systems administration and training for:
- SharePoint site platforms available on the FBINET/SIPRNET enclave for use by the WMD Directorate and the FBI-led WMD Strategic Group. The development and delivery of relevant training materials required to validate the ability of FBI and Interagency personnel to use the above identified system.
- Development of the system used to draft and compile the WMD Strategic Group's required output documents, in an efficient, effective process, to achieve sharing and reporting of technical information at varying levels of classification, across multiple enclaves/systems (Unclassified Internet, FBINET/SIPRNET, JWICS, etc).
- Development of project related documentation such as System Concept of Operations Documents, Project Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Project Plans, Configuration Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, Test Plans, Test Reports, Training Plans and Training.
