SharePoint Online (SPO)/ Power Platform DeveloperThe Enterprise Content Management team is looking for a SharePoint Online (SPO) / Power Platform developer with a focus in document management to assist with a pilot program to utilize SPO as an enterprise content management system for large and small document repositories. This project will include:Creating an overall architecture that can support multiple customers/departmentsCreating taxonomy and content typesCreating retention schedulesCreating custom forms to add and retrieve/search documentsCreating workflows to process documentsCreating workflows based on triggers such as document changes or timed eventsCreating a standard security modelUpon successful completion and adoption of the pilot deliverable, this position may be extended to continue to implement document repositories for a variety of customers for a variety of use cases.Responsibilities also include:SPO setup and configuration as a document repositoryCustomizing SPO forms and workflowsPower Platform development experienceCreating a document taxonomyCreating retention schedulesCreating and using term stores365 user securitySecretary of State trusted system requirementsDocument Scanning experience is a plus
