Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7–8 years of experience:
- Mid-career professionals who are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity would be most successful in the client's evolving environment.
- NOT so senior as to be rigid or frustrated by less mature processes
- DOES NOT require micromanagement, strong problem solvers who can deliver solutions without extensive oversight or rigid governance frameworks.
- The client is not a highly mature or rigid government environment, and candidates with broader backgrounds who can adapt to a less structured setting are preferred.
