Description:
The Team is responsible for the proactively resolving systemic quality issues in the field. This activity is managed, tracked and reported on through a SharePoint / SQL tool. The tool is being expanded to include other types of issue management / CLCA and Lessons Learned activities as well as automation and financial tracking.
The job activity centers on the Development and Maintenance of a SharePoint/SQL based tool that allows program management, execution and financial tracking for all FQM programs and projects.
Other Activities
- Development of quality tools based on business/stakeholders requirements, stakeholders feedback, and system possibilities
- Deployment of individual modules of quality tools according to the time plan and documentation
- Provide testing of individual modules before deployment
- Provide training of respective quality tools modules before deployment to all stakeholders
- Technical documentation of quality tools
- Provide support of quality tools for all stakeholders
- Resolution of TT submitted by users within SLA
- Tool maintenance and updates
- Customized reporting
- Data analytics and trend analysis
- Task and reporting automation
Qualifications
The successful candidate will work in a team environment; possess a Bachelor s degree Engineering, Computer Science or related field and experience in the following skills:

- Experience in SharePoint infrastructure including servers and services

- Knowledge of SharePoint 2010 Object Hierarchy
- Experience with ASP.NET
