Job Title: SharePoint Developer – M365 (MVP / Expert Level)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer with strong Microsoft 365 expertise to design, develop, and implement modern workplace solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services .
The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise , solution architecture mindset , and preferably community/MVP-level contributions (blogs, speaking, GitHub, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
SharePoint & M365 Development
- Design and develop solutions using SharePoint Online (Modern Experience)
- Build custom components using:
- SPFx (SharePoint Framework)
- React / TypeScript
- Develop intranet portals, collaboration platforms, and document management systems
Microsoft 365 & Power Platform
- Develop solutions using:
- Power Automate (Workflows)
- Power BI (basic integration)
- Integrate SharePoint with:
- Microsoft Teams
- OneDrive
- Outlook
Integration & APIs
- Work with:
- Microsoft Graph API
- REST APIs / CSOM
- Integrate third-party applications with M365
- Define SharePoint architecture and governance best practices
- Ensure security, compliance, and scalability
- Implement role-based access, data protection, and lifecycle management
Migration & Modernization
- Lead migration projects:
- Use tools like:
- ShareGate
- Metalogix
Thought Leadership (MVP-Level)
- Contribute to technical communities (blogs, GitHub, forums)
- Stay updated with Microsoft roadmap
- Recommend best practices and innovation strategies
