We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain SharePoint-based applications and workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SharePoint development, customization, troubleshooting, and web application development using Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint-based applications and site functionality.
- Configure and support SharePoint sites, content, workflows, and application features.
- Gather business requirements and design technical solutions.
- Develop, test, debug, and deploy SharePoint solutions.
- Implement and maintain SharePoint Foundation workflows.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support.
- Create technical documentation, flowcharts, and code documentation.
- Develop proof-of-concept solutions and recommend best practices.
- Ensure application security, quality, and confidentiality of information.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and web application development.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Foundation and SharePoint Designer.
- Experience with C#, VB.NET, and other .NET technologies.
- Hands‑on experience in analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of SharePoint solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality solutions with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft SharePoint Development certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Lanteria HR Software is a plus.
