Overview
Millennium Enterprise Corporation (MEC) is looking for an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support enterprise collaboration and automation solutions. This role blends hands-on development, solution design, and end-user enablement in a mission-driven environment. Responsibilities
- Craft, develop, and enhance enterprise SharePoint solutions (encompassing client, group, and site collections)
- Create SharePoint-enabled applications that align with business goals and mission objectives
- Design and sustain innovative solutions in SharePoint Online
- Construct custom workflows, automation processes, and data exports to facilitate reporting and analytics
- Oversee and organize site content, document libraries, lists, and permissions
- Utilize Power Platform tools (such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to enhance SharePoint functionality
- Convert business needs into technical solutions through prototypes and detailed specifications
- Assist in deployments, configurations, and the ongoing administration of the platform
- Deliver end-user training, comprehensive documentation, and best practices
- Engage in stakeholder meetings focusing on site content, enhancements, and governance
- Adhere to Change and Configuration Management processes
Qualifications
- Senior-level experience with SharePoint development and administration
- Strong understanding of custom workflows, lists, automation, and data integration
- Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps (Power BI a plus)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools
- Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
- Experience supporting enterprise users and content governance
