SharePoint & Power Platform Developer Business Systems Remote (US) Full-time Posted

Our internal knowledge management, document control, and workflow automation runs on SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Apps. We need someone who can build a document approval workflow with a custom Power Apps form fronting a SharePoint list before lunch.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain SharePoint Online site collections: hub sites, content types, managed metadata, search schema
• Build and maintain Power Automate cloud flows for HR onboarding, contract approval, purchase requisition, and compliance review workflows
• Develop Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps for internal tools: asset tracking, visitor management, equipment checkout
• Manage SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and extensions for custom UI on intranet pages
• Administer the Power Platform environment: DLP policies, environment strategy, capacity planning, ALM via solutions
• Write PowerShell with PnP module for bulk operations, site provisioning, and governance reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years of SharePoint development and administration experience (Online + on-premises)
• Experience with Power Apps — collections, delegation, Patch(), component libraries
• SPFx development experience with React and TypeScript
• Understanding of SharePoint permissions: inheritance, groups, item-level security, sharing links
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance: environments, DLP, managed/unmanaged solutions, solution checker

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI Builder, document automation, and Power Virtual Agents
• Knowledge of SharePoint migration tools (ShareGate, Migration Manager)
• Experience with Microsoft Syntex / SharePoint Premium for AI-driven content processing
