SharePoint Administrator / Developer Intermediate Level

SajTech is looking for an experienced SharePoint Administrator / Developer to support the development, migration, and enhancement of SharePoint Online solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, React, Microsoft 365 technologies, and Drupal-to-SharePoint migration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance SharePoint Online solutions using out-of-the-box features and custom development.
Design and build SharePoint Online sites replacing and improving existing Drupal functionality.
Translate business requirements into complete SharePoint solutions.
Develop reusable components including web parts, content types, site columns, and list templates.
Perform code reviews and QA for SPFx and React development.
Build solutions using PowerApps and Power Automate.
Support Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, Web Services, and Linux-to-SharePoint integrations.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure solutions meet security, architecture, and design standards.
Required Skills
Strong SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 experience.
SPFx, React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
PowerShell, Bootstrap, Fluent UI, Handlebars and PnP libraries.
PowerApps and Power Automate.
Microsoft Graph API, REST and Web Services.
Azure and Microsoft 365 integration experience.
Linux file systems and scripting.
Drupal-to-SharePoint migration experience.
ShareGate or similar migration tools.
Section 508 accessibility compliance experience.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

U.S. Citizenship is mandatory. Candidates must clearly mention U.S. Citizenship in their CV/resume.
Candidate must be able to work primarily on-site in Washington, DC. Partial remote work may be possible based on project requirements after the initial on-site period.
Public Trust clearance: Active or in-process Public Trust is highly preferred.
