SharePoint AdministratorIDEALFORCE has a contract position available immediately for Sharepoint Administrator to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Position Summary: ADHS needs to support several Sharepoint projects over the next few months while other resources are working to implement our BHS Compliance initiative.
The projects below will need immediate attention, and require expert Sharepoint knowledge.Projects to be implemented:HSD Form AutomationModifications to BNPA Form AutomationModifications to Performance Management Application Version 2Qualifications:A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field5+ years Sharepoint AdministrationStrong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills3 years Sharepoint project leadKnowledge and Skills:Possess extensive experience with Sharepoint 2010, and SharePoint PerformancePoint experienceDemonstrated leadership, planning, organizing, communications, and analytical skills needed to effectively guide and support the project team and stakeholders on EHR system implementation.Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, process redesign methods and tools, and change management techniques.Possess strong verbal and written communications skills and the demonstrated ability to clearly present complex information and ideas to diverse groups.WorkflowWeb ServicesIn Depth SharePoint knowledge (ie. service applications, Web applications, Timer Jobs, ULS Logs)Infrastructure automationBasic knowledge of Active DirectoryBasic understanding of windows securityBasic understanding of IISDocumentation of product implementationResponsibilities:Under the general direction of the Sharepoint Network Manager, you will work with an business unit point of contact to ensure implementation occurs according to plan, within strict deadlines, and within scope and budget.Develop and monitor project plans including identification and mitigation of issues and risks.Develop strategies to effectively communicate across all organizational levels. Facilitate meetings as required (project management, user groups, technical, Executive Steering Committee, etc.).
