Shareholder Services Representative

To support a growing financial services team, the hybrid Shareholder Services Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls from shareholders, brokers, and institutional clients, ensuring accurate and professional service while resolving account issues and inquiries. Key responsibilities: Handle inbound calls promptly and respond to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism Maintain accurate shareholder account records and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team Participate in ongoing training to build and maintain expertise in financial markets and products Required qualifications: 1-5 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in financial services Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and education Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Solid keyboard/typing skills; formal typing training is a plus A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
