Salary: $120,000-$140,000

Key Responsibilities For The Shared Services Manager

• Lead and develop Shared Services operations with primary oversight of Accounts Payable functions
• Manage high-volume invoice processing, vendor payment activities, and AP service delivery metrics
• Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs to drive operational performance and efficiency
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow enhancements
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and improve cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures
  

Qualifications For The Shared Services Manager

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive Shared Services and/or Accounts Payable leadership experience
• Experience managing large teams within a high-volume transaction processing environment
• Strong background in process improvement, KPI management, ERP systems, and operational leadership
• SAP Required
