Summary:This hybrid leadership role oversees global shared services accounting operations, drives process improvements and system initiatives, and ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance. Responsibilities: * Lead global shared services accounting operations and oversee key financial close activities * Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team while driving operational excellence * Partner with cross-functional leaders to support financial reporting, compliance, and strategic initiatives * Identify process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support finance transformation efforts, including ERP initiatives * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance accounting processes and drive continuous improvementRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field * CPA, public accounting experience, and large-scale systems implementation experience are preferred * 10+ years of progressive accounting and leadership experience * Experience leading accounting operations, managing teams, and driving process improvements * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting best practicesJob TypeDirect HireCompensation - $
