Location : Remote, US
Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible within standard working hours; must be willing to support APAC, EMEA, and LATAM time zones with advance notice)
Job Description:
Our client is launching a new Configure, Price, Quote, and Contract Lifecycle Management Tool in 2025. To drive adoption and training success, they’re expanding their Central Sales Training and Enablement team with additional Sales Systems Training Facilitators and Program Managers .
In this role, you’ll combine instructional design, training facilitation, and project management to implement and sustain high-impact learning programs for commercial sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead instructor-led training (ILT) sessions for commercial sales teams across regions
- Create and manage pre-and post-training materials, ensuring participant readiness and follow-through
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement course curriculum and job aids
- Track training participation, completion, and feedback; share insights with the central implementation team
- Maintain adoption metrics and assist with long-term adoption strategies
- Conduct training needs analyses and customize materials to meet global and regional needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with instructional designers, trainers, and regional stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of direct experience in training facilitation and instructional design , especially on systems like SFDC (Salesforce)
- 1–2 years of project or program management experience; agile background is a plus
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, training development, and design thinking
- Clear and specific experience with Salesforce (SFDC) in a training capacity (must be detailed on resume)
- Experience supporting commercial, customer-facing teams
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and learning management systems (LMS)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrated learning agility , adaptability, and energy in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with global systems rollouts
- Experience tailoring training programs to specific market needs
- Proven ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Prior exposure to sales enablement tools, systems, and processes
