Tax Terms: W2, 1099 Corp-Corp or 3rd Parties: YesLocation: Tampa, FL. – Remote is fine for now but post Covid-19, candidate must be willing to relocate.Job Description:At least 3-5 years in Salesforce development and administration, specifically developing in the SFDC Lightning framework for the SFDC Financial Services Cloud.The ideal candidate will have advanced experience using the declarative Process Builder, Workflow, and Flow functionalities and prioritize their use instead of Apex/VisualForce or other imperative development/programming wherever possible.Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus.Salesforce Mountaineer, Expeditioner, and Ranger Ranks are also a plus.Experience driving technology development projects in an Agile environment.Strong problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.Strong attention to detail.Strong verbal communication to walk through possible solutions to business requirements.Strong written communication to document changes made.
