The SFDC Developer will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM implementations aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives, from requirements analysis through deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Architect scalable and high-performance Service Cloud solutions using core Salesforce capabilities such as Omni-Channel, Case Management, Knowledge, CTI, and Live Chat.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Design, develop, and review Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, and integration frameworks in alignment with Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and DevOps practices, including version control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and solution architects to translate business requirements into effective technical designs.
  • Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
  • Ensure Salesforce applications meet security, data integrity, and performance optimization standards.
  • Participate in solution estimation, technical proposals, and pre-sales discussions as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud features such as Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Knowledge, and CTI integrations.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, and governor limits.
  • Proven experience leading onshore and offshore teams and managing multiple development workstreams.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum-based delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced Salesforce capabilities such as Einstein Bots, Field Service Lightning (FSL), or Salesforce Industries.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD automation, DevOps processes, and test-driven development (TDD) in Salesforce environments.
  • Experience delivering enterprise integrations involving large data volumes and complex business logic.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and drive technical excellence.

Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II (required)
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect (preferred)
