Sewing TechnicianReports to: Sewing SupervisorJob Summary: Ensure all products are sewn to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Operate and maintain industrial sewing machinesRead and interpret sewing patterns and instructionsCut and sew fabric to create high-quality productsInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsTroubleshoot and resolve sewing machine issuesTrain and mentor junior sewing techniciansJob Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sewingProficient in using industrial sewing machines and toolsAbility to read and interpret sewing patterns and instructionsStrong attention to detail and quality controlAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 poundsWorking hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. Flexibility with working days and hours is required to meet customer demands. 8+ hours per working day excluding breaks.
