Guided by his legacy and our mission—We serve and protect all hardworking people by building durable products—we remain dedicated to upholding these principles in every decision we make and every product we create.Associate ResponsibilitiesPerform daily manufacturing operations as required, to include: sewing, repair, cutting, inspect, packing and shipping of productsMaintain satisfactory quality and production goals and attendanceVisually inspect material during the sewing process to identify defectsAdhere to all policies and procedures established by the CompanyTroubleshoot basic machinery problems and request service or repairs as neededDemonstrate and encourage safe work practices at all timesWork overtime when necessaryRequired EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred.Required Skills & ExperienceBasic math and reading skills.

Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of sewing operations and ability to perform sewing operations preferredPhysical Requirements and Working ConditionsStrength: Light – Frequently; Medium - Occasionally Movement: Reaching, Handling, Finger Dexterity, Feeling Vision: Equipment Used: Office Equipment, Hand Tools, Power Tools Hazard: Proximity This position has an On-Site location: Associate will work on-site for all work-related activities.
