Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial. High school diploma or GED not required.Experience RequirementsWilling to train motivated individuals interested in learning sewing operations Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment. Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation. Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards. Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.Preferred QualificationsIndustrial sewing experience preferred but not required Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.

Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Sewing Operator.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 40 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
