At Serigraph, we're looking for detail-driven, hands-on team members to help turn creative designs into real-world products. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing a finished product come together, this is the role for you.What You'll DoOperate industrial sewing machines (single stitch, double stitch, automated & manual)Apply finishing elements like zippers, Velcro, keder, hems, and pocketsPerform fit checks on frames and hardware when requiredInspect products for correct dimensions, artwork, and quality standardsTroubleshoot and adjust machines to keep production running smoothlyRead and follow work orders and specificationsUse measuring tools (tape measure, yardstick) to ensure accuracyRecord production data using internal systems (ERP or similar)What Makes You a Great FitHas experience with industrial sewing equipment (manual or automated)Takes pride in precision and attention to detailCan read job orders and follow instructions confidentlyIs comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environmentCommunicates well and works effectively in a teamStays organized and manages time efficientlyWhat You'll BringBasic measurement skills (tape measure, rulers, etc.)Ability to identify and correct quality issuesStrong work ethic and commitment to safetyHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)If you're ready to put your sewing skills to work and be part of a team that values quality, craftsmanship, and collaboration—we'd love to hear from you.
