Settlement Department Team Lead (Fully Remote)

Lead the settlement department as a true manager, not as a senior individual contributor. Be measured by the performance of your negotiators and the department's overall results. Work with structured workflows, defined stages, and performance standards calibrated to how cases move. What You'll Own: Directly manage a large team of settlement negotiators, including hiring, training, and performance management. Own key performance indicators: settlement volume, average value, capture rate, and client recovery. Serve as final internal authority on case valuation and settlement strategy within approval limits. Qualifications: Three to five years of progressive personal injury experience, with substantial time in pre-suit settlement. Three or more years managing a settlements or pre-litigation team with responsibility for others' results.
