Key Responsibilities:

- Translate system-level requirements into government authored ICDs, retain full control over content, versioning, and distribution, verify that every ICD conforms to the approved architecture and requirements baseline
- Serves as the program point of contact for all industry partner technical inquiries, schedule-change requests, and interface clarifications
- Work closely with other SETA to confirm that each ICD, change request, and integration activity aligns with the system architecture and the established requirements baseline before release
- Build, maintain and update the integrated master schedule (IMS) in MS Project to reflect all vendor contract milestones and cross-vendor dependencies;
refresh the schedule weekly with vendor inputs and highlight any open integration issues or milestone shifts
- Maintain the project Confluence space that houses all program documents;
enforce version control, access permissions, and ensure the repository remains updated
- Maintain the official program calendar;
schedule all required program meetings, circulate agendas, ensure appropriate participants are invited, record minutes, and distribute action items promptly
- Capture every action item generated in meetings or change control discussions in a centralized tracker;
assign owners, set due dates, monitor status weekly, and report outstanding items in the integration-status briefing to the Program Manager
- Chair the project Interface Working Group with responsibilities including setting the agenda, capturing actions/minutes, and controlling vendor participation to protect competitive equity
- Facilitate stakeholder contribution by distributing draft deliverables early enough to allow substantive feedback;
capture, track, and document all stakeholder inputs, dispositions, and rationales;
maintain transparent communications so that stakeholder concerns are addressed promptly and incorporated into deliverables
- Develop system requirements in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders
- Analyze mission-level objectives and translate into clear, stakeholder-oriented operational plans (CONOPS)
- Derive stakeholder CONOPS into technical system requirements for delivery to system development vendors
- Strategically review developer's systems designs throughout all phases, including conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs
- Collaborate on verification and validation test plans and reviews to ensure systems meet customer objectives
- Provide insightful status reports, risk assessments, and identification of opportunities for multiple customer stakeholders

Qualifications

Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly in order to be considered
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field (Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, other)
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, and 5 or more years of technical experience on large, multi-vendor government development programs;
proven record of leading vendor coordination, interface control, and integration-schedule management
- Demonstrated experience establishing and enforcing government-owned baseline controls (ICDs, IMS, issue logs) and a formal change control process
- Experience supporting $100 million or larger government acquisitions with knowledge of OCI mitigation requirements, government data-rights, and IP considerations
- Proficiency with MS Project (schedule development/maintenance), strong ICD development capabilities, strong competence in action item tracking;
MBSE tool experience preferred
- Proven ability to chair multi-vendor technical working groups, produce clear briefings and reports for senior decision makers, exercise independent technical judgement, and proactively surface and resolve issues
- Experience on system development projects of autonomous vehicles is preferred
- Demonstrated experience serving as a Systems Engineer on complex development projects involving hardware and software
- Demonstrated ability translating customer needs into technical requirements for delivery to vendors and system developers
- Experience gathering, implementing, tracking, verifying, and validating system requirements
- Ability to multitask and produce high-quality products under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated initiative and flexibility to work both individually and in a team environment with limited oversight
- Effective organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with other components to communicate processes and procedures, and facilitate program requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills to meet high demand requirements

Target salary range: $200,001 - $240,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
