Service Plumber – Up to $100K+ | Columbia, MO

Tired of low pay, no growth, and being just a number? At 1-Tom-Plumber, you’ll work directly with the owner, get paid for the work you do (including on-call), and have a real path to a leadership role — all while repping a brand that homeowners already trust.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems — drain cleaning, water heaters, fixtures, repiping, and more
• Deliver honest, upfront pricing and a five-star customer experience on every call
• Reference existing plumbing systems and fixtures to diagnose issues and complete repairs
• Rotate through on-call emergency shifts — every call is extra commission on top of your regular schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Residential and/or commercial service plumbing experience
• Solid grasp of plumbing tools and diagnostic best practices
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills — you’re comfortable talking pricing and options with homeowners, as well as educating them on plumbing problems that may be present
• Willingness to rotate on-call for emergency calls
