Key Responsibilities Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations Configure solutions within the ServiceNow SPM suite, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications Provide technical leadership, ensuring compliance and guiding junior developers through code reviews and documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3-5+ years of ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience Proven experience implementing ServiceNow SPM for enterprise clients Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow platform architecture Certified Implementation Specialist - Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
