ServiceNow Technical ArchitectJob Family: SAAS/PAAS/Cloud ConsultingTravel Required: Up to 10%Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:Serve as a ServiceNow Technical Architect and Subject Matter Expert, leading the design, implementation, and optimization of complex, enterprise-scale solutions on the ServiceNow platformDefine and own the enterprise ServiceNow architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy, security requirements, and IT objectivesTranslate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and integrated ServiceNow solutionsLead the end-to-end architecture and design across platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and App EngineArchitect and oversee complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and event-driven patternsEstablish and enforce platform governance, development standards, and architectural guardrailsProvide hands-on guidance in configuration and development, including scoped applications, workflows, Flow Designer, and automation solutionsConduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and platform health assessments to ensure quality, performance, and scalabilityDesign and implement reusable and scalable platform components aligned with ServiceNow best practicesLead platform lifecycle management, including upgrade planning, regression strategy, and release managementDrive adoption of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and source controlProvide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators;
