To support a growing organization, the full-time remote ServiceNow SPM Architect will design, implement, and govern enterprise-grade solutions for Strategic Portfolio Management, ensuring alignment with business strategy and investment priorities. Key responsibilities Lead the architecture and implementation of the ServiceNow SPM suite, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices Define and configure scalable solutions for portfolio governance, demand management, and resource allocation Engage with stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives and mentor SPM developers and consultants Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering; Master's degree preferred 10-12+ years of professional experience in IT, with at least 7 years in ServiceNow and 3+ years in SPM/ITBM implementation Experience in a lead or architect role on a minimum of 2 enterprise-scale SPM implementations Prior experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is strongly preferred Certification in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) from ServiceNow is required
